Hi, I’m Charlea Helmberger, and I started Alice Helm Weddings in 2021 out of a love for design, storytelling, and creating moments that feel effortless, beautiful, and timeless. Guided by faith, I trust that the Lord walks with me in every step, and through His grace I have grown into the planner I am today.

I am passionate about textures, layers, prints, and design details that come together to tell a story. Every wedding I plan is crafted with intention, celebrating love, faith, and the people who matter most. Outside of planning, I enjoy rom-coms, church, time with family and friends, a good matcha, and binge-worthy TV shows. It is a true honor to help couples bring their dreams to life and create weddings that feel as meaningful and joyful as the love they celebrate.

For me, wedding planning is about more than beautiful details. It is about celebrating love, family, and the moments that bring people together. My grandmother’s life and love story are a constant reminder of the kind of legacy a marriage can create, and that perspective shapes the way I approach every wedding. It is a true privilege to help couples celebrate the beginning of their own story and create a day filled with meaning, joy, and memories that will last for generations.

The name of my business is inspired by my grandmother, Alice Helmberger, whose love story with my grandfather created a family filled with joy, faith, and cherished traditions. Grandma Alice adored birds, roses, apple pie, family, and above all, God. You may even notice the outline of baby hummingbirds, her favorite, hidden in our logo as a quiet tribute to her enduring spirit.
